Done misbehaviour by clark

Sir

i am digvijay tiwari student of B..H.U.my home village is Nunkhar Deoria Uttarpradesh.sir i was gone to our home and when i was return to Varanasi.i had catch train from Bhatni railway stations.i was ask to enquiry Clark to locations about train at the time of 5.10 P.M .enquiry Clark does not give me clear information's as well as he also give me abuse.and misbehave. this railway stations belong to N.E.R sections.

sir i request to you that please take suitable against enquiry Clark.other wise the quality as well aspect ions of people will decrease towards your service.
