Not responding to my mail after i brought the kit for RS 1250

Dear Sir/Madam,

Many times i have sent the mails regarding the process (after receiving the C.D). I took this extreme step of purchasing the Net Pride kit as it was mentioned that there is a 90 days money back guarantee. Hence one month passed there is no reply from their side. Hope you help me.
