I have paid Advance Rental for GPRS activation

I have paid one year Advance Rental to Idea for GPRS connection which is Rs. 5500/- paid via cheque on dated : 28-04. Since last saturday my Net Seator is disconnected and when i called Help desk they said i have some due amount. I am shocked and given all the details.

Till then i am following with Idea to re-activate my service but they are not responding and updating someone will call me from billing department.

Since my job demands working remote at time and i have escalation matrix. Thats why i have opted Advance rental option to avoid any delay from my side. Last saturday i have some urgent work at night due to some escalation and to my surprise Idea has disconnected my GPRS connection.

I have already suffered a lot and there is no one has taken ownership and still my problem persist. Either Idea has to resume my services or reimburse my advance rental ASAP. or otherwise assure me this will not happens again.

If i stuck in my job and GPRS service get disturb i will take Idea responsible for the same.
