REFUND MY DEPOSIT

Respected Sir,

I Mahmood Mohiuddin and i am owner of mobile store under name of New Deccan Communication, I had taken Recharge Machine from INDIA PREPAID SERVICES, #303, 3rd Floor, Archana Arcade, Opp Railway Reservation Counter, St John's road, Secundrabad-500025, Telephone No:040-66381656-57, And my Recharge Terminal No:-40220408, With a security deposit of Rs 5000/-(REFUNDABLE), Now i had returned the Recharge Machine To INDIA PREPAID SERVICES on 01/09, with Inwards Receipt No :-2056 the amount should have been return within 45 days from date surrender Rechagre Machine, Now its more than 3 months they have not returned amount, When i am calling to there office nobody left my call, When i am visting office they are not responsing me and always promising me for next date, So i kindly request you to look into the matter and help me out, Like me there are many other customers who has the same problem with them.
