Motherboard repair within 2 months

I bought a computer from a company DMV Systems, Mugappair East, Chennai, Tamilnadu on 05/06. Within the period of 10 days time OS windows got corrupted and done formatting the system. Then there was a problem in SMPS. Finally in first week of August'08, when I called for the person to attend the complaint, I was told that Motherboard has gone, and it has to be sent to Intel people. Then he took the same and went. Really I was shocked, how come it is possible. When we check for power earthing, all are in perfect conditions only. All the more, the person from whom we bought, he never answers the call when i call him. Due to this studies are getting affected, and mental tortures like somebody cheated me. Please advise what I can do for this. Can I put a claim on him, or go for lodging a complaint with consumer court.
