DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE

Consignment booked from Rabale to Hyderabad vide Docket No.652609742 dt.30/1/10, was found lying in your Mumbai Hub till 4/2/10; and had not reached Hyd. in spite of our urgency. Even a person on foot would have reached Hyd.by now. The very purpose of using XPS was defeated and may result in our P.O. cancellation, and all such damages will have to be borne by you, because the Consignee was a Semi Govt. organisation. Pl. let us know why we suffer for your deficiency in service.
