Hi

I've enrolled for Oracle DBA in dec in New Horizon, Manipal Center, bangalore

At the time of enrollment we are agreed that i'll pay per module basis that is 20000 (Twenty Thousand).

I've paid 10000 (Ten Thousand) and I've complested 1st module but due to some personal reason can't continue anymore. I've spoken to the Manager (Sales) But neither they are giving me the certificate nor they are refunding me the money. This is clearly a case of fraud and mental harrasment. Please help me to get the money back for which
