Refusal to Refund, after bad result

I enrolled for a hair removal treatment, on the advice of a reputed skin specialist in Noida at newlook laser clinic for hair removal, the very first truth is the advertisement says Hair Removal, its "HAIR REDUCTION".

I have been taking their sessions since 2007 may. its 2009 dec now, instead of reduction i have new hair growth, i m highly dissatisfied and even the lady who was supervising my case at newlook has left her job, my skin has become overly sensitive, and i m not at all interested to enter their treatment room any more, under a new hand, as i have had bad experience so far, i feel like an experimental mice, i am not going to let that treatment diode of their to touch my face at all anymore.

But now when i want to discontinue their treatment, they r not ready to refund me my pending amount with them which is around 16K, i have invested enough only to get a bad result and additional extra sensitive skin, the great thing is i asked them my sample pics before the treatment, those have gone missing out of their database, this is ridiculous, too smart people, anyways, i will invest extra money to get them to consumer court, i want my voice to be heard, thats wat matters to me.
