Sir/ madam,

i have my saving a/c in urs sitapur (up) branch. my a/c no. is 10907009851. from last 3 months my pin is blocked when i have entered my ATM card screen displayed wrong pin no. even i have not changed my pin. when i ve complained to my bank authorised person told me that i shoul fill a form. i filled the same but still i'm not getting my new pin no. i'm leaving in delhi from last one year and whenever my parents go to there authorised person told him it ll reaced at my delhi address with in 2-3 days its happen from last 1and 1/2 month evev when i went there he told me the same.

sir i m in trouble coz i'm leaving in delhi n my parent are in stp. n i ve not any a/c at here.

I never expect this type of attitued from a leading bank which have a good name SBI.

Please help me and take the necessary action.
