I had purchased a sofaset from this shop. Within two or three months the sofa set's seating pads gone dumb. I had complained the Shopkeeper about the problem. He assured that he will rectify the problem. Now this is more than 8 months he is making fake promises again and again that "I will come to your home and take the sofa give it back to u after service."

Please sujjest me what to do?
