I Vijender Prasad Sundriyal, holding saving account (No. 1424482) in your bank. I like to inform you that on dated 5th May 09 at 2130 hrs I made a request to your customer care executive regarding cash delivery at my home address against the check and given my check number 156633 to them, my request number was 4458 and the gentleman promised me that money will be delivered on 6th of May, 09 by 1130 hrs without fail. At 1210 hrs on 6th May, 09 I have called your next tele executive and confirmed about the same, as per your executive till 1210 hrs no one was appointed and received money from bank to deliver, so I requested and told them to deliver after 1600 hrs at my same address because no one will be at home. At 1715 hrs again I called and checked and got a fouls reply that the person having money to deliver at number of points so you will get by 1900 hrs without further delay. At the same time I told them and confirmed that if no one is available I can come personnel and collect the same because tomorrow on 7th May, 09 there is election and voting day and I need the amount very urgently. But this was my bad luck and on one came to deliver the same. In the evening after calling they told me that I will get the same on 07th May, 09 by 1200 hrs. I don’t know why your executives are communication like this and giving fouls promises. Now today 7th May, 09 they are saying that I will not get the requested amount just because of election.

If this is the system that your bank is following to treat your customer and your indirect advertiser, then you are the batter judge to rank your services/bank and customer satisfaction you are providing.

I am still hopping and not blaming any one regarding the incident; this is just a human error and can be corrected by human dedication only.

This is just a information not a complaint against any one.
