N.G PARK
POOR CONSTRUCTION

I had purchased a Flat in N.G Park, Dahisar E. I was overseas when i booked the flat, so could not follow up on the construction. I had booked the flat, because the Sample flat looked ok.

Upon possession, i felt i have been royally duped.

The construction is very very poor. There were lots of seepage problem, tilings coming off, bad painting, no finishing at all. The constructions workers at site does very bad job, i assume that has to do with N.G builders cutting cost of good labourers.

A real estate agent told me that N.G builders had very bad reputation in terms of delivery and their office staff are also not helpfull. I had seen the fat bastard, the owner of N.G, chewing on his nails in the office.

Unfortunately there is no law in india to blacklist such builders.

Well anyway their reputation has been tarnished beyond repair and their new porjects will have no takers.
