Non-refund of amount for shares unalloted

I had applied for NHPA IPO for 875 shares vide application No.88487509 for Rs.31500/- I got alloted 238 shares. I am yet to receive the balance of Rs.22, 932/- for the shares non-alloted to me. I applied through Karvy and I have to demat account with Ind Bank Merchant Banking Services Limited. Please look into the matter immediately
