IPO REFUND FOR RS.70, 000/= NOT RECEIVED

It is well known that NHPC IPO is over and the scrip got listed on 01.09.2009.Today is 12.09.2009 and till date, I have not received the refund of the IPO amounting to Rs.70, 000/=.Who will pay me Interest? Kindly take immediate action.
