Non refund of IPO Money

I have applied for IPO online by indiabull securites Limited, after allotment as per site online status, my account was credited by refund amount. But I have closed my bank account 2 months back (i.e. ECS got rejected) and requested then to send me the amount cheque to my registered address, but they are taking log time to process this and till yet no update from there side.

So request you to please do the needful.
