Non receipt of refund amount

I have applied for 700 shares of NHPC vide application number 23559967 through online through my reliance share trading account. I have got 190 shares into my account. The balance amount is not returned till date either through a cheque or online money transfer into my account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for getting the balance amount.
