IPO refund pending till date

I have applied for 2625 no shares of NHPC ipo vide application no. 5 2082334 and paid Rs 94500/- vide cheque no 169831 dated 8.8.09. Shares alloted to me were 712.

Balance amount has not been refunded till date. Kindly expedite the same.
