Non receipt of refund amount

My application no. is 12944838 I had applied for 2625 shares and I was alloted 713 shares which was credited to my Demat account that too on 02.09. but so far I have not received my balance amount Rs.68, 832 which should have been credited to my bank account through NEFT as per my details submitted by my DP.

I was told by Ms. Pragya of Karvi that the amount is sent through warrant no.356695 to my address on 27.08.2009. This is mistake from thier part as NSDL site clearly shows my bank details with MICR code. Even as on today i.e.14.09.2009 I checked up with our Powai post office no such Registered letter is received by them which I also personally checked myself from 27.08.2009 onwards.

Even their toll free no. is not responding. Who will look in to these complaints? Once you have applied in IPO you are left to their mercy.
