Hi,

I applied for 525 shares through Reliance Money totalling amount to Rs.18900/-.

Yesterday I received total amount of Rs.18900/- as refund as I did not get any shares.

Today I checked my account and found that the complete amount Rs.18900/- has been debited to my bank due to Name mismatch. The application details are as follows:

Name at Demat Account: Venkata Sudhakar Anjaneyulu Setty Taduvai

HDFC Bank Account: 01021140003431

Actually My name at bank account is TADUVAI VENKATA SUDHAKAR. There is a difference of name at Bank and Demat account. Due to this the bank has debited the complete amount from my account.

I request you to please give the instruction to HDFC Bank with account number and correct name as Taduvai Venkata Sudhakar
