Removal of complaint

Dear sir,

I came to understand through Standard Chartered Bank that there is a complaint lodged on my name due to default of credit card payment.

As far as my knowledge I have paid / honoured all my credit card payments on time and settled fully in one short.

Please let me know who has lodged the complaint against me and against which credit card. Please give me complaint detail to enable me to study the complaint and sort out the issue at the earliest.
