Too much delay in service delevery

I have purchased Semi - Auto analyser BA-88 for our Patholab, it is not working at all from more than 30 days, we have contacted the service center, after waiting for a long, service engineer visited to us and suggested that we need to replace a part. we have paid 11000 Rs, still we are wqaiting for there response.
