SUB: BANK POLICIES WHICH ARE MISLEADING

REF: LOAN ACCOUNT NO. 000002839770

Dear Sir,

We have taken above loan from your bank and have suffered following troubles:

1. Initially it was informed to us that only 24 cheques will be taken for repayment and one cheque will be taken for security since our tenure was two years. Now we have come to know that all the 25 cheques will be presented in our Bank i.e tenure is 25 months. This is totally fraud as we never thought that any loan can be for 25 months and it was never told to us before. We are lodging complaint for this with Banking Obduman.

2. To conceal above fact, the Bank never provided us the sanction letter or the statement of dues. Even today we are not having any correspondence from the Bank. This is serious service fault and we are complaining to RBI.

3. We have initially given cheques of HDFC bank and latter we gave you cheques of UBI with the request to return HDFC Cheques. Instead of our repeated request the cheques of HDFC Bank has not been returned and we are facing risk of misuse of cheques.

4. The manager/agent has given us assurance that Rs 34000/- will be refunded to us from payout by way of cheque. The amount has not been refunded to us for which we are filing civil suit alongwith all the documents.

We are already facing huge financial difficulty and are finding it difficult to repay your loan timely.

Please sort out all the matters urgently
