Harrasment of railway athorities

Sir,

We have in formed ambala station authority from sarfdurjang station that our train doens not have water even to cook food in our pantry as the last filling was done in kota station. Reaching ambala station we found none of the staff present to fill the water and when our passengers were filling water in the train as none of your staff were present to fill the water, the train started moving. Ultimately we tried to stop the train with help of your chain pulling attachment so as to board the passenger who were filling the water in the coaches. Once the train stopped and suddenly a staff who was drunk, appeared and started abusing . he mentioned himself to be ANIL KUMAR. After the train stopped our passengers again started filling the water as without water the conditions were getting miserable. We again pulled the chain from four different coaches but none of them worked and thyis incident had resulted in 7 of our passengers left behind and 3 of them getting hurt.

Please tell me is this the safety and servecies that railway is providing to its customer who even pay a premium on renting the full train. First of all it should have been the duty of your staff to fill the train coaches with water. Railway failing to do so we took the responsibility to fill water our self and still be get an abusive welcome and even our passengers life is at stake.

Please tell me what action will railway take in this matter
