Dint get my certificate after writing exams

HI,

I wrote my HP exams (QTP and QC) long ago. But I was not instructed to create a HP learner ID at the annanagar center in chennai, India. After 8 weeks when I asked about the certificates they told me to create HP learner ID. I have tried unsuccessfully several times to create the same. I always get a mail from the HP site saying that they will reply to me in 3 days. But this reply never comes. I also wrote to HP customer care and they say that I have to create a HP learner ID to get the certificates. Please help me to get my certificates as it is now nearly 4 months after I have written the exams.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have recieved from NIIT anna nagar center. They always respond to my queries with vague answers. But before writing the exam they were pouring soap and honey. This is not the desirable behaviour for one of the biggest IT institutions in INDIA.
