Refund of fee

Dear SIr,

I am Megha Tiwari. I enrolled myself for course 'C' Programming at the NIIT Dwarka (centre code-10757, Service tax Regn No ST/CENT/DDELHI/D-II/CTCC/57/06), located at 301-304, Pankaj plaza, Plot No. 9, main market, Sexctor-6, Dwarka, New Delhi on 6th May'2009. I also deposited a cheque (no 338888, of ICICI Bank) for Rs 2923, dated 6.5.09.

They promised to start the class within two days, but failed to do so till 22th May'2009. Despite my repeated calls and reminders to Miss Lipika, they did not provide any information about the comencement of classes. Now she is not available at the centre and Miss Simran is denying any information about the classes. She also misbehaved, misconducted and blamed me when I asked to refund my fees. While admission I mentioned that I have to leave delhi so I wanted my classes to finish by 26th May'09. And Miss Simran assures me of finishing 20days classes in one week. But I dont want such fake promises and assurances. As per the terms and conditions of NIIT, they withraw the money from my bank account only on the day classes begin, but they withdrew the amount on 9th May'09 itself. Now when I requested her to refund my money as they failed to start the classes till date (after 17 days of registration). But she refused and threatened me and challenged to take any action. It is a matter of serious negligence and carelessness on their part.

I request to kindly direct this centre to refund my money immediately and take necessary action on this centre for cheating the students.
