Need Refund Of Fee

I am doing a one year course in Niit which is about to finish now and was asked my faculty to join an tally course in NIIT.But i told her that i cannot continue the class after august 20 (as i am leaving the state for a job) and she assured that the class will start by june 15 and end before august 20 and so i joined. But till now (august 9th) the courses has not started and when i ask for the refund they are not properly replying. Can some one help me in getting my fee back.
