Confirm of wrong cash banlance

I have confirmed my cash balance from my MR -Ms Ratnesh Krishna Nagar Branch in the last month of April 09 . She told me about Rs. 24000, i informed her that this is wrong balance she told me that it will be possible that some amount of transaction not credited yet. I again confirm the balance in the first week of May 09. She told me that my balance is Rs. 36914. I have confirmed the balance three times and she confirm me Rs. 36914 all times. But again when i ask for confirm my cash balance in the first week of June (after many transactions). Mr. Gaurav told me about Rs. 17000 but in my record it should be rs. 29000. I have called many times, but no body give me satisfactory reply.
