Shoe Torn out

I have brough a shoe from NIKE through MEGAMART outlet situated at devegowda petrol bunk bangalore

on 26/10 bearing bill no BS8IN20431 for an amount of rs 2775.14. After the purchase the shoe got torn out and company refused to replace the same. I have even requested to take complaint for which they refused to do so.

I have also had a talk with responsible persons Ranjith and Rajesh who sold me the shoe but none of them were interested to take back the shoe for replacement.

Hence i request this forum to look into the issue at the earliest.
