I have purchased a pair of nike sports shoes 6 months ago, these shoes have opened up from the front after 5 months only.

Now when I went to the showroom again to get the repairs done but they just denied, as i did not have the bill (its hard to keep the bill for this long).

Now we do not know what to do.. Plz help us on this!!
