Extra Packages have been charged

Vodafone has charged extra amount for Extra Packages which have been activated with out my knowledge / notification... I will not pay single paisa until they reversal the extra amount. They cannot cheat the customer's like the way they have done with me... THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. :(

i need full clarification on my account with appropriate manager to resolve this problem.
