Old stock cakes

I am a regular costumer for nigiri's located on outer ring road towards marathahalli.i purchased 4 cake's (pine apple flavor) at around 7.30pm.when we had at home it was smelling and it was a old stock.another time we had apple cake in the in bakery itself, in one of the cake there was a hair and a piece of paper.it was shown to the shop keeper but there was no reply from him.i kindly requst the management to look into this matter seriously.costumers has lots of confidence when it to Nilgiri's.
