Not getting insurance Award till

Respected Sir

Rajan katyal this side, Sir i m in major problem and trouble. My father died in an accident with an car no-DL4C-AE-6401 which was insured from ur company. After case of MACT kakardooma cour judge gave orders to pay Rs 3, 58, 000 as award to ur company in SEPTEMBER but i m not able to get this till now. Sir really i m in very difficulties plz help me in this. i visited ur okhla office 3 &4 times but i dont get any response.
