Bad shoe

I have purchased Action shoe (Roaming) from Seven Bungalow Andheri (w) Mumbai. Within a week the inner rubber sole is coming out while walking. The shoe lace eye let has come out. The shoe is very heavy.

I would like to know is ROAMING is the Action brand as I have heared first time. I would like to replace this shoe with some other model.

I had been using Action shoes since many years now and never has complaint. This is the first time having a complaint.

Even I had started getting headache and knees, legs started paining as bottom sole is so thin that my foot hits ground. I am not over weight also so shoe can not withstand my weight...
