I bought a pair of shoes number 10 about two months approximately from M/s Tayal Footwear 95-B Gaushala road, New Mandi Muzaffarnagar (UP) for rupee 749/00. Its sound hopeless to write you about the complaint regarding crack in sole & deshaped.

I already send the parcel of my pair of shoes on 27mar. To you hoping the responsible answer and the satisfactory service. Kindly arrange to replace.
