Defect in shoes

Dear sir,

i purchased two pairs of shoes rates 1050/- each shoes got damaged in abuot a month and after two months i went to the showroom at kashipur from where i had purchased the shoes and then after a month they decided to replace it

due to bitter experience i did not want to purchase the same brand though i am a regular custumer of action

however i purchased OLIVE model NL 105 for 1449/- and had to pay the difference of 400/-

- rs 100 taken as handling charges? is it fair

- the shoes do not have the logo of action, is it...

- the mrp is not printed on the shoes, is it not violating the government laws

- no bill is given by the showroom!
