I have purchase the Bl 9000 Mobile from naaptol on 8/8/10 vide order no. 643122 but I received the said product getting problematic and there fore I have return the said to them

Now, I have so many time calls to the customer care but no proper reply and response and no return the product till dated.

I can know the state of the my product which is return to you. and how many time taken to return the said.
