Not giving prompt service for defective Action sport shoe

I purchased Action sport shoe from Pune. The name of shop is "Shoe Dollar" at Deccan, Pune. The shopkeeper claimed 1 year warranty. But within 1 and half month it's external blue colour coating got erased. I rushed to shopkeeper back. He commited me to give service for that issue. I gave him that shoe on 29 Dec. 2008 for service. Today is 23 Jan but i did not get it back. The shopkeeper has been giving me false promises. I went to him atlest 5-6 times personally and had phoned him atleast 4-5 times. But he is hesitating to give me shoe back.

Kindly take some action against him.
