Sms disturbance even after registering in NDNC registry

I have registered in Airtel NDNC four months back and still receive business advertisements from airtel's business contacts. Because of these sms I get disturbed a lot and lot of time getting wasted in office and at home. I wonder how it happens even after registering with NDNC, and what is the use of registering with that. Kindly let me know how to go about this.
