Regardng wrong information about Priority circle

I had called by one of the custemer care executive regarding facilities provided by your bank for priority circlr members, saying that i can avail 30% discount on purchase of any material from any shop throughout the life time, but later on i came to know that the facilities will be avaialable only from some selected shops.so i am very upset for the wrong information given by your custemer care department.

so now i don't want to become the member of your prioroty circle, though i have received the bill for payment of 5000/.

I will request you to please delete my name from your priority circle members list.
