Cheque bounce

Sir,

actually i was working with a computer training institute in dwarka sec-7 name Possitive institute, B-282 palam extension, dwarka sec-7. the employer name is sagar malhan . he hads given me three cheques of 4000 each but they all bounced. dated aug. now i dont know what to do . how can i retrieve the money from him . also the chques are not by his name . actually is of his brother acount. but i think i can lodge acomplaint against the cheque bounces. no matter who will be the responsible person for this. do help me my mob.09990173076 and the employer no is 9999965889
