I have purchased a 7310c Model Mobile Handset from a Dealer in September and after seven months of use the keypad not working. The Dealer D.P.Electronics Pvt Ltd, Kolkata sent the set to Nokia Care and they returned to them saying that there is water content inside. Upon receiving back the mobile, I approached Nokia Care, AM Mobile Telcon Pvt Ltd., P-39 Princep Street, Kolkata-72 disputing that no water has gone inside the mobile. After checking, they admitted and took the mobile handset under Warranty for repair on 4th May. But till date I have not received the same back duly repaired.
