I Have purchesed nokia 5310 from mobile store in ludhiana 4 month Age

it is giving hanging proble from date of purchase, sometime it of during calls, i go customer care 4 times, it chnge on softwar, but my problem still remain continue, one time they send to it chandigarh but it still hanging, so change my mobile 5310

give me ans now, otherwise i go to consumer court with in one weak
