Wanting Puc code

Sir,

when i swich on my mobile it asks puc code, which i do not have. Yesterday i entered the pin 1 code and after that it asked the puc code. I did not know it, so it was not going forward neither coming back. So, i switched it off. When i switch on the mobile it asks for a puc code, which i do not know. My sim is locked. I cannot access it. I have a BSNL sim under the students plan bought from kullu. My phone number is 9478803738.As it is locked, please send the code on another number that is, 9218423019 or 9816420519.
