Unnecessarry introduction of Music station

My no9440122065 has been charged without my request &-as "music station" charges (RS.19/-per month)

formerly this was done by bsnl for "radio"

is it the hidden agenda of the particular service provder to kick out subscibers from using bsnl... horrible... these bsnl supporting private service providers are really cheating customers..

Bsnl has to rise according to occation.

when i called to BSNL Customer care, they mentioned no need to pay any thing to unsubscibe and just we have to follow options after calling 12630033.

but when i tried to unsubscribe i was charged 1 rupee for minute and also not able to unsubscribe.

Please let me know how to unsubscibe this one
