Dear sir

i have baughet a nokia set model no. 1200 thats imei is 356813027515721 on date 23-11-08 but it was faulted by the reson of no press keypad on 05-05-09 when i meet to nokia care center they told me that it wiil be charged & they taken from me rupees 120 in warrenty period after gave them payment the problem as well as they could nt solve problem & now they telling the set will not be repair by us they return me back there bheave is so rudly plz you solve my problem other wise i will go to consumer court.
