Nokia 1200 Blue
Battery Back up is not upto standard

We have been using Nokia Phones since our preopening period and till date we had purchased more than 200 Phones for our employees. We were quite satisfied with your products but the last supply which was made for 10 Nos of Nokia Blue 1200 is not upto the mark. The battery backup is very poor, the taltime as committed in your booklet is 5-7 Hrs whereas it is not even lasting for 2 Hrs. The standby time is 245-360 Hrs it it not lasting more than 36 Hrs. We had approached your dealer/Service centres but it seems they are not ready to take any responsibilities related to complaints. Request you to please look ito the matter and send us the necessary solution/remedy at the earliest or else we woould be left with no option but to approach consumer forum for necessary remedy.
