Nokia 1200
Misbehave from nokia service centre

As I am using nokia 1200 and one day its suddenly switch off then i went to nokia service centre they told that i have to submit my mobile for repairing as they return me mobile after 15 days then after receiving the mobile again it stop working after 1 day then i again went to nokia service center they return me back my mobile after 2 days then again after 1 day mobile got stop working then after 8 days they gave me mobile back then again after 1 day the mobile again stop working then i went to service center and then i told them them what the hell type of work u r doing here, they told me that nokia 1200 has permanent mfg. problem then i told them to give me written that its mfg. defect they start abusing me and i think this is very ridiculous and till yet they haven't given my mobile back. MY JOB SHEET NO. IS 193343506/090105/84 AND THE COMPLAIN NO. IS 2-3 OKNPL so what should i do???
