Nokia1200
Delay in work & charging more than estimated value

My mobile model-nokia1200, EMI number 352934023909553 is been given in nokia care { telesphere, sco no.385 first floor, sector-8, panchkula } from 18th of january and till 15th of febraury they didn't repaired my mobile. The estimated expenditure given by nokia care was rs.500 and now they are asking for rs.800 which is more than 80% of the current value of new mobile.i need your response as soon as possible otherwise i have to knock the doors of consumer court...
