We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set from KIDS WORLD, Bhadrak, Bill No. 475 dt. 18/03 Phone No. 09937072577, 09437102829 which is infested with certain technical problems. The problem is that the key pad digit 2, 5, 8, & 0 are not working. For that resion Itake the phone to Customer Care, Balasore (Orissa) today. they open front cover in front of me and then take it to their next room and after few minutes they told the problem arise due to water, you pay Rs. 550/- for the repairing. It's shoking news for me because I personally use the set & never contact water. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to repair or replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
