Dear Sir/ madam

I took admission in active institute of management for the course of BBA on 21.07.08 and paid fees amount Rs 16290 in cash to Anita mahajan (mob. 9899371683) for bharti vidyapith university. But this fees is nt submitted to the university by active management.they do not provide me any admit card, classes and study material as they communicated earlier.

After investigation in Bharti Vidya Peeth University I found that Active Management paid only Rs. 5200 and rest of the amount has not paid by them to the university. So that university denied to attened the examination for BBA.

Due to this I have lost my whole valuable 1 year & fees. Whenever I requested to the active management, they always ignore and did not pay any response.

So I requested plz get out of the problem ASAP.

I Prayer you to:-

1. Refund my amount Rs 16290 that was i paid

2. Compensation -40000.

3. Any Other further relief by you.
